This is to announce that an unexpected vacancy has occurred on the

SUSANVILLE SANITARY DISTRICT BOARD OF DIRECTORS

from the resignation of a board member.

The SUSANVILLE SANITARY DISTRICT BOARD OF DIRECTORS will fill this

vacancy by appointment within 60 days of the vacancy. If appointment is not made in

said time period, the Board of Supervisors of Lassen County will have 30 additional days to make an appointment.

In compliance with the Maddy Appointment Registry Act, this appointment can be made on June 9th, 2026 or thereafter.
